• Shipping Costs: Items are initially weighed to determine shipping costs.  Purchasing total caps are also determined to allow for free shipping. Free shipping offers may be open at certain times but may be removed when the offering time is no longer available. International shipping is offered and cost is calculated by weight and based on USPS costs the day of sale. 

• Order processing times: Items purchased before 5PM EST will be fulfilled within 72 business hours beginning the next consecutive business day. Items purchased after 5PM EST will be considered next day to begin the processing time.

• Returns, Changes, and Cancellations: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. To request a return, exchange, or order cancellation, please contact us at [support email/contact form] If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
